Inside the U.S.
Shipping Inside the United States is $8.95 for single item orders, available for delivery to most U.S. locations. Additional shipping charges apply for each additional item in your order. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks from the time your order is received for delivery. In stock orders are usually sent via U.S. Postal Service and actual delivery time will vary according to your U.S. Zip Code (average delivery time is usually 1 - 2 weeks). Any item that is “out of stock” will be back ordered and shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered. Please understand these are our best estimates of actual delivery times. They are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries during the busy holiday season may take longer.
Outside the U.S.
Shipping Outside of United States is $13.00 for single item orders, available for delivery to most U.S. locations. Additional shipping charges may apply for each additional item in your order. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks from the time your order is received for delivery. In stock orders are usually sent via U.S. Postal Service and actual delivery time will vary according to your U.S. Zip Code (average delivery time is usually 2 - 3 weeks). Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be made by phone (443-506-0126) only during normal business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon.-Fri. EST). Listed freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to receiving your cancellation notice by phone. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse an order which has been shipped to you prior to our acknowledged receipt of your cancellation, you will be responsible for both the freight charges to you and the return freight charges to WestEnd Designs.

Return:
If you are not happy with your CloverHolder Universal Organizer you may return it with the following guidelines.. To start the return process, call us at 443-506-0126 during normal business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri. EST). We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Code prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee. All returns must include a Return Authorization Code

Warranty:
There is a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covering workmanship and material. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, return item to WestEnd Designs at the cost of shipping. To start the warranty return process, call us at 443-506-0126 during normal business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri. EST), to receive detailed instructions on how to return your defective merchandise for a refund or exchange. You must contact us for a Warranty Return Authorization Code prior to returning any merchandise.
